CREDIT MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Location: Glasgow (accessible by bus, subway and train)

Salary: Up to £14,500 (depending on experience) + Up to £400

bonus and various benefits

Hours: Mon - Sat, must be flexible to work between 8am -

8.30pm

Contract: Permanent

Start Date: 30th July (must be available to attend interview 27th June)

The Company:

Duties:

  • · You will be required to contact existing customers who have fallen into arrears with their mortgage payments, over a 3 month period.
  • · Process payments via the telephone and use your negotiation skills to negotiate new payment plans with customers.
  • · You will also ensure that each customer receives a professional service.
  • · This is a highly customer service driven outbound environment.

    • Experience:

  • · You MUST have a background within telephone collections or an outbound sales environment.
  • · Experience of using negotiation skills is essential.
  • · Strong communication skills and motivated attitude also essential.
  • · Stability in your employment history.
  • · You must pass a credit check.
