Customer Sales Agent (Full Time) Glasgow   £19-25,000 realistic OTE Basic £13,000 (bonus uncapped)

Optical Express are one of the World’s leading providers of selected healthcare services ranging from optical stores, refractive surgery and dental clinics to state of the art medical hospitals and cosmetic treatment centres.  The group operates in the UK, Ireland, Croatia, France, Germany and The Netherlands. 

A great opportunity has arisen to join us as a Customer Sales Agent as we continue to grow our contact centre team based in central Glasgow.

Your remit will be to make outbound sales calls to people interested in laser eye surgery and book appointments for patient consultations.

Successful candidate will ideally have previous contact centre experience with inbound and/or outbound calls.  You must be self motivated, target driven and passionate about delivering a world class service to our customers.  You will have meticulous attention to detail and excellent communication skills.

Hours of Work

Full-time hours are Monday - Friday. Alternate weeks of day shift and back shift. Day shift: 08:50am - 5:20pm. Back shift: 12:30pm - 9pm.

Occassional weekend work will be required.
