An exciting opportunity has arisen for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Process Change Manager to work in a multi national business that is developing and evolving. The main purpose of the role will be to provide direction and support to the business in achieving strategic objectives through designing, planning and leading process management and change initiatives across a multi site business.
The successful candidate will:
Be accountable for 1 or more large scale improvement projects
Drive strategic process improvement projects from shaping to delivery
Delivering projects to agreed objectives, time and costs
Influence decision making and negotiate at senior level
Have project authority over teams of BA’s, Change Managers and third party suppliers
Use detailed knowledge & understanding of process improvement techniques to facilitate large scale implementations
Build and lead the project team
· Experienced Process Improvement specialist / Change Manager
· Experienced leading large scale projects
· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
· Process Management Lean Six Sigma Black Belt accredited
· A strong influencer
· Experienced working in a global organisation and/or exposure to international markets would be desirable as would any language skills beyond English
· PRINCE 2
