Pertemps is currently seeking experienced PVG cleared administrators in Alloa for an immediate start.
The successful candidate will have proven experience in an administration role, and have excellent IT and communication skills.
Duties will include, but not be limited to:
Maintain Filing Systems
Answering telephone queries and relaying messages
Preparing routine correspondence Sorting and distributing mail
Previous experience in a similar role, Excellent written and oral communication skills, Excellent IT skills with experience of using MS Office including Word and Excel
The successful candidate must be Disclosure cleared within the last 12 months - only applicants with Enhanced level Disclosure or PVG will be considered.
