Exciting opportunities currently exist for a number of key Management positions within our Bingo Clubs in Central Scotland.
Management Trainee
Take your first steps on the managerial ladder with us. We offer a comprehensive training programme, which can lead you to managing your own club within 3 years. Once you have completed the 18 month programme we will provide you with the Institute of Leadership and Management (ILM) Qualification to ensure your continuing professional development.
We are offering an excellent starting salary of £17,000 rising to £19,000 on completion of the programme and promotion to Assistant Manager. We also offer an attractive management bonus with the potential to earn 25% of your salary as an Assistant Manager and 50% as a General Manager.
We are looking for people with previous supervisory experience, who have the drive an determination to succeed in a fast paced, customer focused environment. A full, clean driving Licence are essential to ensure your mobility throughout the Company. This is essential for all of the above positions.
