We are currently working exclusively with a company based in Helensburgh who are looking for someone to join their existing team on a permanent basis. They are a family run business with over thirty years within their expertise.
Meeting and greeting customers and visitors
Answering incoming calls
Managing the reception area
Providing a high level of customer service
Inputting orders and invoices onto system
Previous experience working within an office environment is essential
Excellent telephone manner
First class customer service
Knowledge of MS Office is essential
The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and also as part of a team, be proactive and take hand on approach.
