Management Accountant Dunfermline   £25000 - £35000 per annum

To achieve this you will ensure that:

*Produce Monthly Management Accounts
*Preparation of monthly KPI's for review
*Develop a deep a understanding of each project to both support and challenge project managers
*Detailed budgets and forecasts are produced for all respective projects
*Process month-end accruals and prepayments as project costs are reviewed
*Maintain accurate project accounting records and support the General Managers in the running of their business units
*Ensure the business is supported from a financial perspective in respect of new development opportunities
*The Finance department is Sarbanes-Oxley compliant
*Be proactively involved in the transfer onto an improved IT system

The job requires you to demonstrate:

*Qualified accountant with a high level of technical competence and experience of systems setup and delivery
*Previous experience in a financial/management accounting role
*Good IT skills, particularly of financial systems. Strong spreadsheet skills are essential. Experience of working with Oracle would be an advantage
*Considerable forecasting, budgeting and reporting skills
