This is a varied role with opportunity to gain a wide range of experience in all aspects of administration work for a small part of a global organisation.
*Processing Sales and Service orders transmitted to the company
*Creation, upkeep and provision of customer accounts, quotations, sales orders, shipping, invoicing and acknowledgements
*Processing purchase orders
*Monitoring of stock held against customer forecasts
*Upholding quality procedures and standards
*Support of Sales and Support Engineers
*Dispatch and receipt of load equipment
*Support marketing activities
*Reception of visitors and telephone enquiries
*Other general office duties
The successful candidate will be proficient in Microsoft Office 2007 and will have a professional and motivated attitude in the workplace. Good communication skills are vital as well as a quick to learn attitude.
