The post holder will be required to provide ongoing guidance and support to the Get Ready for Work trainees to ensure a positive employment experience. The post holder will be required to set new and challenging goals for all Get Ready for Work trainees within their Individual Learning Plan.
The post holder will be required to perform health and safety vetting of all external placements and to assist with any other relevant Health and Safety matters in line with the policies and procedures set down by the Council and the Health and Safety Executive.
The post holder will be required to ensure achievement of Corporate, Directorate and contractual outcomes and targets.
The post holder will have an empathetic attitude and an interest and understanding of young people’s issues.
