Maintenance Technician Ayr   £24500 per annum

My client is a major blue chip company with a large buildings maintenance division.

A role exists for a Maintenance Technician to be based across the central belt from an office in Ayr.

The role will involve working in a team of 3 dealing with Air con systems. To be considered you will need to be:

- Air con qualified and to come from a refrigeration background

- Hold the SVQ in air con

- Have experience working with Daiken air con and Mitsubishi split systems

Duties include general building maintenance, fixing roofs, putting picture up, inspecting water hygiene

hours are 7.30 til 4.30 mon thurs, 7.30 til 2 on a Friday. 40 hour week, some OT and standby allowance

Salary is £24500 Basic
