We’re launching a brand new beauty offer instore to bring the world’s best beauty secrets to our customers. We’ll do this via a first-class personal service based on trust, honesty and expertise. It’s all about making our customers look good, and feel great. That’s where you come in. Thanks to your flawless advice as one of our Beauty Advisors, it won’t take long for our customers to find their perfect product– whether that’s a daily skin staple or a one-off pampering treat. And thanks to your impeccable service, to include professional and virtual makeovers and expert skincare consultations, it won’t be long before they’re back again.

You’ll be working with a wide range of brands, from popular M&S favourites to unique products we’ve sourced from around the world. And there’s no pressure to promote one brand, as you’ll only be recommending those products that are right for our customers. That’s why they trust us. 

With a proven professional background in beauty therapy or make-up application, you’ll have real flair for delighting your customers, even when the store’s at its busiest. So, bring a cool head and bags of energy. In return, as well as all the training you need to bring out your best, we’ll provide serious development opportunities to build a career here.
