Job Title: Customer Service & Sales Representative
Salary: £15,000 + Competitive uncapped bonus & annual salary increase
Type: Permanent, Full Time (35 hours per week)
We are currently recruiting for enthusiastic Customer Service & Sales Representative to work for one of our highly reputable Banking & Financial services clients.
The role is based in an inbound contact centre, where you will be providing and maintaining a high level of customer service in every aspect. You will be taking calls from customers to help them resolve queries on their accounts, understanding their needs and identifying ways which you can help them with their finances. (bill payments, setting up standing orders, etc)
There will be an element up up-selling other products, and the role will involve working to targets. You will also need to be flexible, as the position will be on a shift rotation basis with varying working hours.
The successful candidate will possess the following:
- Polite & professional telephone manner
- Ability to build strong customer relations
- Have an objective approach to work and be able to work under pressure
- Experience in a customer service/sales role.
Full product training will also be provided.
