A varied and challenging role providing service to all 1st and 2nd line requests of the business whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and technical resolution to the users of business. 

Key Responsibilities:

 

  • ·         Answer and log service desk calls
  • ·         Identify and solve desktop problems
  • ·         Allocate and prioritise service desk requests and faults
  • ·         Hardware audits, PC rebuilds, hardware decommissioning, asset tagging
  • ·         Ensure the provision of new starts, returnees and leavers hardware requirements
  • ·         Induction processes
  • ·         Provide high standard documentation to support changes in our Infrastructure
  • ·         Visit other company locations on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis
  • ·         Carry out daily backup maintenance of local sites
  • ·         Involved in meeting room setups with video and audio conferencing
