A varied and challenging role providing service to all 1st and 2nd line requests of the business whilst maintaining a high level of customer service and technical resolution to the users of business.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Answer and log service desk calls
- · Identify and solve desktop problems
- · Allocate and prioritise service desk requests and faults
- · Hardware audits, PC rebuilds, hardware decommissioning, asset tagging
- · Ensure the provision of new starts, returnees and leavers hardware requirements
- · Induction processes
- · Provide high standard documentation to support changes in our Infrastructure
- · Visit other company locations on an ad-hoc or scheduled basis
- · Carry out daily backup maintenance of local sites
- · Involved in meeting room setups with video and audio conferencing
