This Tenancy Support officer job based in Dundee is a great opportunity to join a well established and respected, large housing organisation. You will be working within the team who offer a housing support service to a wide range of vulnerable people. This is a long term temporary contract. Within the role you will be responsible for:

  • Identifying appropriate recipients of support and implement agreed levels of support
  • Deliver outcomes oriented, innovative, individually designed, and needs led, support service for an agreed number of service users in accordance with the operational guidelines
  • Accompany service users to visit appropriate and identified local agencies
  • Continuously review progress through consultations with the service user

    • You will be experienced in working within the Social Housing sector, specifically with vulnerable client groups who require additional support. You will also need your own transport for this role as you will be visiting tenants within their own properties.

    This role will be subject to a PVG check.
