We have a vacancy for the position of Reward Analyst reporting to the HR Manager. In this new role, you will be responsible for supporting the provision of an expert service to the business in the specialist field of Reward. You will have experience of having worked in compensation and be accustomed to designing, developing and reporting upon all matters relating to pay and benefits.
Qualifications & Requirements
You will be degree qualified and be able to demonstrate strong analytical skills gained from your past experience. You will be an expert in excel and possess great interpersonal skills and be used to working as part of a team.
