Office Angels has an opportunity to join a company for a period of 9 months on a fixed term contract.
The successful candidate must have previous experience working within an administration role and be able to commit to completing the full period of the role which is 9 months.
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with clients, suppliers and the operatives on site
Liaising with suppliers
Processing purchase orders onto the system working to tight deadlines
Answering incoming queries and calls
Providing admin support to the General Manager
Previous admin experience is essential preferably within a fast pace industrial background
Ability to work to tight deadlines
Experience and previous knowledge of MS word and excel
Able to start work immediately
The successful candidate must be able to work on their own initiative and also as part of a team, be proactive and take hand on approach.
