37.5 hours per week, £19000 according to experience

This vacancy is a key role within a multidisciplinary team providing support, predominantly on a one-to-one basis, to a specific client group. You will be responsible for working with the client to explore their vocational options and assist with job seeking activities. You will liaise with external organisations and agencies, on behalf of the client, to identify and negotiate suitable work placements and/or potential employment or training opportunities that lie within their area of interest. Experience of working within a similar field is preferred. Access to your own car is a requirement for this post (business mileage will be paid).
