Subsea Manager Norway - Stavanger Base - Great Company, Excellent package on offer depending on experience - Client will consider either Contract or Staff. Great opportunity for candidate to secure a key Regional Management role working with one of the Oil and Gas sectors most highly regarded subsea companies.

Subsea Engineering - Providing full life cycle subsea, pipeline and riser engineering services to their global client base.

Onshore & Offshore Projects - Executing projects from pre-FEED to Construction Management through to completion, with extensive experience supported by diverse expertise.

Job purpose:

To develop and manage the Subsea & Pipelines Business within the Regional Office and to support Subsea Region 1 as a whole.
To contribute to the establishment and promotion of the overall local business delivery capability.
To promote the global company business model
To deliver against budget and growth plans for the Regional Location
To establish a subsea team capable of delivering locally performed studies
To provide resources to support the local consultancy based business
To provide effective interface with other Subsea Business Units engaged in supporting larger or specialized, locally sourced projects.
To support local business acquisition initiatives and resourcing strategies
To market the company model to the local region in support of all business streams
To secure a clear, consistent and robust working model with the local offices

Engineering Degree Qualified or equivalent
15 years plus Subsea Oil & Gas Experience
5 years min Field Development Planning / Pre-FEED experience with a recognized international operator or engineering consultancy
Project Management experience
Man-management experience / skills
Articulate with proven skills in effective report writing / presenting etc
Proficient in local language as well as English
Subsea & Pipelines Construction / Installation experience
FEED and Detail Design knowledge
Financial acumen

Main Responsibilities / Objectives:

Working with the Subsea Region 1 - Regional Director to develop and deliver a business plan for the region. Must interface and successfully collaborate with equivalent Consultancy Manager for the Regional office in both securing and delivering pre-FEED studies. Work with the local HR Business Partner to develop and implement a local recruitment strategy. Comply with HR procedure & Subsea Region 1 process to maintain and develop employees. Work the European Business Development Manager, Local Country Manager, Local Consultancy Manager and Subsea Region 1 - Regional Director (as applicable) to promote the Local and Global Models.
