Desktop Support Analyst / IT Support Officer / 1st Line Support / Support Engineer required for a 2 month contract in Aberdeen.
Cathcart Associates are currently looking to hire a Contract Support Engineer for one of our Aberdeen based clients.
You will be responsible for:
** Providing on-site support following migrations
** Troubleshoot desktop issues reported to the Service Desk
** Liaise with end-users to confirm normal operations following migrations
** General Desktop Support duties
Key Requirements:
** The Ideal candidate must have around 1 years experience in a similar role
** Windows Desktop Support-XP/7
** Active Directory
** MS Exchange 2003/2007
Experience in the following would be advantageous but not essential:
** Microsoft SCCM, Altiris and Symantec Endpoint protection
** Basic understanding of Windows Servers and Networking
