Our Dunfermline based Client is currently looking for an experienced Administrator to undertake a 8 week + temporary assignment with an immediate start.
Based within a fast moving confidential environment you will be responsible for providing admin support. Duties will include -
- Data entry
- Dealing with customer enquiries
- Preparing information packs
- Updating spreadsheets
- Any other ad hoc admin tasks as required by the team
- Solid administration background
- Fast, accurate keyboard skills
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Computer literate
- Ability to prioritise and work to strict deadlines
