Three full time and one part time teacher is needed by this school from September. The posts span across Nursery (pre-school), Reception and also across Year 1 to 6 (6-11 year olds). This is an ideal opportunity to be part of a school that values its students and staff equally and where learning, achievement, personal fulfilment and good citizenship is at the heart of what they do.
This is a small school with approx 200 students with capacity for 250 students. It is a friendly school where student behaviour is “good” as classed by Ofsted. It has invested in a re-fit and there is a new head teacher in post who is committed to improving outcomes for students and who believes that all children can achieve regardless of their background. He is looking for teachers who share his vision.
The students are mainly from working class backgrounds and are of White British descent. The overall number with special educational needs (SEN) and/or disabilities is below the national average.
