Starting Salary:                 £13,000

Hours:                                 35 per week

Shift Pattern:                     Mon-Fri: 12pm-8pm, every 2nd Sat: 10am–1pm

As a result of continued success and an ambition to grow the business, Stirling Park LLP - one of Scotland’s leading specialists of Debt Collection & Sheriff Officer Services, is looking to recruit a motivated individual with the capability to perform at the highest level within our contact recoveries centre.

The Role

Through inbound and outbound calls the successful candidate will be responsible for negotiating payment arrangements and settlements on behalf of our increasing client base.

The Successful Candidate

The successful candidate will be an excellent communicator, with strong influencing and negotiating skills, accompanied with the drive to achieve results. The successful candidate must also possess the skills to ensure efficiency in a fast paced, high pressured environment.

Although full training will be provided, experience of working within a debt recovery or call / contact centre environment would be highly advantageous.
