Origin RPM’s client is an established and successful manufacturing operation based in North Lanarkshire. Due to on-going expansion and development of the business, the following opportunity has arisen for an individual who is interested in developing their career in an expanding and progressive company.
Reporting to the Operations Manager you will be responsible for quick efficiency tool changes of the injection moulding department. This will include setting the injection mould machines, process optimisation, production trouble shooting, basic machine maintenance and assisting with new tool and material trials.Ideally the right candidate will be an experienced injection mould setter who has worked in an injection moulding department performing high-volume tool changes.
Ideally you will have experience with Demag, Ferromatik & Fanuc moulding machines and Wittmann, Sepro & Fanuc robots.
Hours: 3 shift rotating, Mon to Fri (0600-1400 / 1400 - 2200 / 2200 - 0600)
