Manufacturing Process Engineer Stirling (Town)

My client currently requires a Process Engineer to work as part of the Operations team, responsible for stabilising and improving their manufacturing process.

The general duties of this role are as follows:

*Carry out all process FMEA's & Risk Analysis.
*Define & generate bill of materials and control plan.
*Component assembly & finished product specifications.
*Control assembly drawings.
*Write finished product test and inspection procedures.
*Equipment performance improvement

To be considered for this role candidates will possess the following attributes:

*Degree plus relevant experience as a process engineer in medical manufacturing environment is preferred. Other regulated industries may be considered i.e. automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace.
*Advantageous to be qualified to black belt level in six sigma or process excellence.
*Ability to communicate effectively to a wide audience and accept and follow up on the views/opinions of others.
