Senior Support Worker – Horticulture

(Permanent: Salary £15,630 - £17,630)

Responsible for providing work focused support and skills development to individuals with a learning disability, including:

•  Planning & organisation of client activities
•  Development & updating of annual horticulture plan
•  Transportation of clients to and from Silver Birch
•  Liaising with external agencies as required
•  Participation in clients’ community care reviews as required

The post holder will report directly to the Client Manager. The candidate should have previous horticultural experience as well as a full UK driving licence.
