ADMINISTRATOR £Competitive Hourly Rate
(Temporary)
Maxwell Bruce Business Support division (Dundee) are currently recruiting a temporary Administrator to support one of their high profile clients in Dundee on an ongoing temporary contract. This is an immediate start and therefore notice periods cannot be accommodated. Core working hours are Monday to Friday 09:00am to 17:00
You will be required to provide administrative support to the team, updating and recording information using MS Word and Excel, taking minutes at meetings, diary management, arranging travel where required and booking meeting rooms using MS Outlook. In addition, you willl act as first point of contact for all telephone based enquiries and for all visitors coming in to and out of the business. You will have a proven track record in a similar post and will be a skilled user of MS Office applications with excellent keyboard skills and telephone manner.
