Role Profile
My client, a long established, reputable business with firm roots in Dundee are currently looking to source a Sales Ledger Assistant to move into their team on a permanent, full time basis. On a day to day basis the successful incumbent will report into the Director of Finance and, as a key part of the finance team, will be responsible for the ongoing performance and management of the Sales Ledger.

Job Details
Within this role, the Sales Ledger Assistant will be tasked with ensuring all deadlines are met and on a day to day basis will be responsible for;

  • Processing sales invoices
  • Credit control via telephone and letter
  • Negotiating payment terms
  • Processing Journal entries
  • Issuing credit notes and receipts
