Mechanical Engineer Aberdeen   £51000.00 - £53000.00 per annum

A leading service provider is looking for a Mechanical Engineer to join them in their Aberdeen team and enhance their career by providing discipline advice and support to engineering studies,for the purpose of safety and business objectives.

The job will require you to provide technical support for new business opportunities and contract bids whilst assisting offshore duty holder installations in resolving recurring equipment failures and improving critical equipment reliability. You should be confident in reviewing planned maintenance programs in order to meet statutory and production requirements, ensuring that all work is accurately recorded. In addition to this, within the role ,you must ensure all third party support performs in accordance with the contract deliverables.
The right professional will not only have excellent communication skills but should also have sound mechanical knowledge and experience gained within oil and gas or a similar industry. Degree qualifications and chartered status are preferable and you must be able to work to your own initiative with minimal supervision in order to be successful.
