Based in Alva near Stirling and with offices across Scotland, ILS have worked within local communities for over 15 years helping to make a real difference to people’s lives. We provide care to over 3,000 Service Users every day and have a devoted staff of 1,600 people who operate to the highest possible standards.
Nurseplus is the specialist care division of ILS, supporting people with brain and spinal injuries and other congenital and non congenital life limiting conditions such as MS, MND and Huntington’s Disease.
Nurseplus has experienced substantial recent growth and is now looking to appoint a Community Care Manager to manage the office and community staff teams to deliver high quality support to our service users across Scotland and to deliver excellence in overall customer service to them and their families at all times.
You will be an experienced manager with strong community care experience - capable of managing a small office based team and also field based support workers and Nurses. You will be energetic, driven by quality and with demonstrable organisational and leadership skills. You will also be systems literate and able to adapt to the use of our in house operational management systems.
This position is based at our offices in Alva; however some travel will be required.
