Trainee Web Sales Associates

My client based in Edinburgh are one of the largest and most advanced providers of eCommerce and Online solutions in Europe.   Working in partnership with the UKs premier telecommunication brands and the world’s dominant Internet brands they have delivered tens of thousands of solutions to UK businesses.

As a result of business success, they continue to grow rapidly and are currently looking for talented individuals with a passion for customer service, selling and success. 

The Trainee Web Sales Associate role involves developing new and existing customers in order to pitch the benefits of my clients product offerings and will be responsible for identifying and qualifying leads to maximise potential sales opportunities.

Main Duties and Responsibilities

·         Generating new business by actively seeking/ following leads

·         Making appointments with clients for more senior Sales Executives

·         Lead generation achieved through data cleansing and qualifying leads

We will consider candidates from a variety of sectors, so long as they have relevant experience - a confident manner and strong customer service skills are essential, and although the role involves sales, initially you are offering a free service so this is not a hard sell.

This is initially a temporary role, but for suitable candidates this could turn into a permanent role, where further benefits and a commission scheme are in place.
