Facilities Manager - Temp Glasgow   £DOE

We are currently looking to recruit a Temp Facilities Manager to manage the Summer turnaround at our client site in Glasgow. We will require someone who has experience in managing facilities before and has led some kind of project to budget. The Summer turnaround will typically involve the following, but will not be limited to:

·         Managing the cleaning contractors or the maintenance contractors.

·         Producing and implementing a clear process for the deep clean.

·         Managing the maintenance operative

·         Producing and implementing a clear plan for the Turnaround.

·         Ensuring that the cleans are up to standard.

·         Conducting check out inspections was possible and recharging back to students where applicable.

·         Managing any summer business or short term lets.

·         Working to budget.
