B2B Sales/ Executive

Job Role

NEW BUSINESS

  • Use telephone-based sales to canvass specific areas identified for sales campaigns
  • To act as the conduit for all leads and ensure they are qualified to maximise sales opportunities as well as ensure clients receive an excellent service

  • GENERAL

  • To ensure IIPS client database is accurate and up to date
  • To maintain proactive and positive relationships with all Clients, Specialists and the internal team and positively represent IIPS' core values during every intervention
  • To actively participate in out of office IIPS events (e.g. conferences, learning sets, training)
  • To help make an active contribution to improvement of procedures and projects throughout the organisation
  • To provide cover for colleagues.

  • Skills and Experience:

    Essential:

  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Negotiating and influencing skills
  • Consultative selling approach
  • Plans effectively to ensure successful outcomes
  • Manages time to optimise productivity and ensure deadlines are met
  • Demonstrates strong attention to detail whilst managing multiple tasks
  • Responsive to the needs of both internal and external customers, promoting the organisation in a positive way at all times
  • Team player, friendly and assertive
  • Previous experience of working with a range of IT applications essential

  • £16.000-£18.000 + Bonus
