My client is looking for Permanent Purchase Ledger Clerk to work within their Falkirk office.
The salary being offered is £16000 - £17000. The client is a successful, global manufacturing organisation.
The role includes:
- High volume purchase ledger
- Matching the invoices with the orders
- Spot any variances
- Raising purchase orders
- Petty cash
- Reconciling the company credit card
- Invoice factoring
- Analysing and resolving
- Dealing with any queries
The ideal candidate should have:
- Purchase ledger experience
- Excel skills and computer literate
- The ability to use their own initiative
- Understand the data, spot anomalies
