My client is looking for Permanent  Purchase Ledger Clerk to work within their Falkirk office. 

The salary being offered is £16000 - £17000. The client is a successful, global manufacturing organisation.

The role includes:

  • High volume purchase ledger
  • Matching the invoices with the orders
  • Spot any variances
  • Reconciliations
  • Raising purchase orders
  • Payments
  • Petty cash 
  • Reconciling the company credit card 
  • Invoice factoring
  • Analysing and resolving
  • Dealing with any queries

The ideal candidate should  have:

  • Purchase ledger experience
  • Excel skills and computer literate
  • The ability to use their own initiative
  • Understand the data, spot anomalies
