Working within the Department of Hospitality and Salon Services, you will be responsible for a large commercial kitchen within our Raploch Campus with approximately 16 trainee chefs. You will ensure a high standard of food production and customer service. You must be quality driven in order to drive the success of the business. You will possess excellent organisational and communication skills and have a dynamic and flexible approach to your work.
You should possess a relevant Professional Cookery qualification having a minimum of SVQ Professional Cookery Level 3 and you should also possess a relevant Food Hygiene Qualification. Ideally you will also have had previous experience of supervising staff.
