Working within the Department of Hospitality and Salon Services, you will be responsible for co-ordinating effective and efficient commercial activity within our Stirling Campus. You will also ensure the effective deployment of trainees and catering staff and provide financial and administrative services to support the hospitality team. The chef trainer will be responsible for SVQ Professional Cookery Level 2 learners within the preparation, production and service of food within the refectory area of the campus.
You should have a relevant Professional Cookery qualification, preferably at HNC and hold a Food Hygiene certificate. Ideally you will also have had previous experience of supervising staff and have experience of planning and organising events. Teaching experience would be desirable.
