Working within the Department of Hospitality and Salon Services, you will be responsible for co-ordinating effective and efficient customer focused hospitality front of house services for Raploch Campus and Bistro. You will also ensure the effective deployment of trainees and catering staff and provide financial and administrative services to support the hospitality.
You should have relevant front of house food services qualification HNC and hold a Food Hygiene certificate. Ideally you will also have had previous experience of supervising staff and have experience of planning and organising events.
