We have an exciting opportunity to join this prestigious city centre based financial services company in a service analyst role. In this role your duties will include…

  • Providing and expert service to UK and International Banking clients
  • Providing guidance on banking matters to your clients
  • Delivery of expert service using telephone, email, letter and fax
  • Taking ownership of customer complaints and queries

To be considered for this role you require the following skills and experience:

  • Previous experience from working in a financial company is essential
  • Sound knowledge of banking and Financial Services
  • Be able to demonstrate understanding of FSA regulations
  • Experience of delivering an excellent level of service to customers in a retail or contact centre environment
  • No more than 3 jobs in the last 2 years
  • To be successful for this role you MUST be able to pass a credit check and criminal record check

You must be flexible to work a 37.5 hour week between 7am – 8pm Monday to Friday, and 9am – 5.30pm at weekends.
