Quality Advisor
Job Description
We wish to appoint a Quality Advisor, to be an integral part of the Marine & Technology Division at Clyde , driving continual improvement and ' best practice' within our organisation.
To be accountable to the Quality Manager for the development, implementation and continual improvement of appropriate policies and processes designed to meet customer and regulatory requirements within the frameworks of an ISO9001 certified Quality Management System
Responsibilities
· Assist other departments with the identification and development of appropriate Quality Management System policies, processes and information in support of business activities
· Participation in investigations following event reporting
· Assessment of Suppliers capability through audit or other pre-use screening in support of the procurement process
· Generation of formal weekly and monthly reports and monthly measures
· Provision of lecturer support to the delivery of quality based internal training courses to other departments
Qualifications & Requirements
· Candidate must have extensive experience in auditing, preferably in a similar environment. Must have the business acumen to be able to provide high level professional advice to all levels of the organisation
Security
· Successful candidates will need to satisfy Ministry of Defense security requirements
