My client has an immediate vacancy for an experienced Administrator to join their team over the next 6 months based on the outskirts of Perth. The role requires someone with previous administration experience to support this busy team on a daily basis. The main duties will include the preparation of reports, filing of documents, creating travel requests, collation of time sheets, creation of personnel files, spreadsheet and database maintenance and the use of Microsoft Office including PowerPoint and email.
To be considered for this role you must have excellent IT skills, previous experience of the above duties and the ability to multi task in a busy environment.
Due to location a drivers licence is preferred.
