Work Location: New City House, Dunfermline Hours: 36 Hrs per week Salary: £13,440 - £16,087



The Contact Centre objectives involve providing essential services effectively and efficiently to improve customer experience when contacting Fife Council. The Contact Centre, which is open 24 hours per day and 365 day per year delivers a responsive, first point of contact service to customers. Providing information, advice and access to a wide range of different Fife Council services. Services provided within the Contact Centre include Social Work, Housing repairs and rents, Environmental Services, Registration, Transportation fault reporting, concessionary travel.




You will have to provide a comprehensive clerical and administration support service to Corporate Services, specifically the Contact Centre.
You must have previous office experience and knowledge of all office procedures You will possess 4 Standard Grades or equivalent, including English as well as moderate experience in a busy Office environment.
