The main duties of this post will include:
Collate and update the Council’s performance management information on a monthly/quarterly/annual basis as required.
Source and gather necessary information for management reports as required.
Monitor and collate management information surrounding complaints, statutory reports to Scottish Government and Education Scotland, PRDs and ensure returns are up-to-date. Will also be required to access returns regarding training/development requirements and action accordingly.
Be responsible for dissemination of information included in returns from schools on a monthly/annual basis.
Ensure all operating procedures and management circulars are reviewed and updated.
Risk management assessments.
Liaise with HR regarding policies and procedures and administer departmental procedures within this remit.
