Maxwell Bruce Business Support division are currently recruiting an Engineering Support Team Leader for one of their global clients to join their team based in Aberdeen.
You will be responsible for co-ordinating project management and reporting in the department, identifying process improvements and creating quality procedures and user guides. This exciting role is vital to the smooth running of the busy engineering department and involves the provision of an excellent engineering administration support.
The role also entails maintenance of reports on engineering department activity, creating and issuing engineering documents and scheduling and monitoring activities of the Engineering Support Group.
Applicants must have first class organisational skills and a sound understanding of project planning, design and co-ordination. Ideally, you should have a background in engineering and be familiar with ISO9001 quality management systems. A good working knowledge of MS Access is also required.
