Hays Office Support are currently working on behalf of a dynamic Dundee organisation. We are seeking an experienced Receptionist/ Secretary on a permanent basis to be located in Dundee. On offer is an excellent salary package along with the opportunity to join a successful and expanding business.
This role will be pivotal to the running of the office as you will be first point of contact for external visitors and clients. Duties will include answering the phone, dealing with enquiries and distributing mail and correspondence. There is also general administration work.
There is an element of PA duties involved, such as minute taking, booking travel and accommodation arrangements, diary management and co-ordinating schedules.
For this role you must be proficient in all Microsoft packages, in particular Excel and Word, have excellent communication skills and strong organisational skills.
