A national housebuilder is seeking to grow its sales negotiating team and is keen to hear from motivated, ambitious and driven sales professionals in the Aberdeen area.
Reporting to a Sales Director the positions will involve dealing with all aspects of the New Homes sales process, liaising with prospective customers, negotiating sale prices and options as well as working with solicitors and other external consultants throughout the process
To be considered it is important for candidates to be able to demonstrate a solid understanding of the Aberdeenshire property market and sales experience in newbuild homes would also be an advantage. Successful candidates will be immaculately presented, have excellent communication skills and be able to demonstrate a strong customer focus through sales.
