Credit Management - Customer Service Advisors â€" Back Shift
Salary - £16,403 + Back shift Allowance

As a Credit Management Advisor, you will be working within the Final Accounts Department, helping previous customers whose accounts were left with outstanding debt. Through inbound calls and outbound dialling, you will be required to validate this debt and use trace techniques to establish debtors. Minimising delinquent debt is paramount to the success of the business and you will do this through your excellent customer service, negotiation and rapport building skills.
To be successful in this role, we require you to have a high level of Customer Service experience, along with excellent pc skills. You will possess strong communication skills, resilience and the ability to effectively problem solve. You must also have experience dealing with difficult situations and working within a target driven environment. Building rapport, negotiation and listening skills are key to the success of this role, as you will be creating a relationship with the customer in order to identify solutions beneficial to them.

All roles are supported by a 3 week classroom based training programme that is fun, interactive and customised to meet the needs of our customers. This is then followed by support and guidance from experienced Team Managers and advisors to enhance your skills. Please be aware that we are unable to authorise any holidays during the initial training period.

All positions are permanent, 37 hrs per week and you must be flexible to work between the hours of 10am â€" 8pm Monday to Friday. You will also be required to work rotational Saturdays 0800 â€" 1400. Start dates are Monday 9th July and Monday 16th July 2012.
Successful candidates will be subject to the Company's verification and vetting process which includes a basic criminal record check.
