Hudson is delighted to be supporting our city centre based client with the recruitment of a German Customer service agent. What we are looking for are candidates with excellent attention to detail, as well as fluency to native level in German. If you think you have the skills to be successful then please read on.
Main Duties
- Taking in coming calls from German customers providing excellent customer at all times
- Responding to emails in German, ensuring accuracy at all times
- Updating the internal data base timely and accurately
Person Specification
- Native level fluency in German
- Strong English language skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
Contract Details
- Up to 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday shifts between 12 - 8.30pm
This is an on going long term temporary contract
