CairnToul Well Equipment Services, one of the Broad Cairn Group of Companies, is an experienced, independent provider of sustainable and cost-effective well equipment maintenance, refurbishment and testing solutions to the oil and gas industry.  We are currently recruiting for a Well Integrity Supervisor. This will be an office based position with the requirement to conduct site visits both onshore and offshore

Required Experience: 

Must be familiar with Microsoft Office packages

Previous experience offshore within the Well Integrity operations

Previous experience dealing with Client personnel

Resource Management experience

Must be comfortable with internal and external communication

Ability to change daily priorities and flexible to ensure the department is as efficient as possible

Brief Description of Duties:

Manage and be responsible for the day a today running of the Well Integrity department

Allocation of Offshore Personnel and Rental Containers

Visit Clients on a scheduled basis.

Maintain offshore Resource competence records (SQA Focal point)

Conduct pre and post job briefings to offshore personnel

Review of offshore daily reports to ensure consistency

Understand and deliver Rental equipment as per customer requirements

Control the Refurbishment/Replenishment of Offshore Rental Equipment

Offshore visits to conduct site audits

Principal Accountabilities

Client Point of contact for Well Integrity department

Mobilisation of Personnel as per company procedures

Development of Offshore personnel

Competency of offshore personnel

QHSE for the Well Integrity Department

HSE Commitment

• Participate in Regular Safety Meetings
• Comply with Safety Regulations at all times
• Comply with the Permit to Work System
