Salary range: £20,559- £23,121 per annum
Information Services invites applications for 2 IS Technicians with established Helpdesk, IT Support, communication and interpersonal skills.
The posts are located at the Curran Helpdesk, the main IT Helpdesk for students and academic staff, based in the Andersonian Library.
You will have excellent interpersonal skills and should hold at least an HNC/HND or equivalent in a computer related subject.
Ideally, you will have experience working in an IT Helpdesk environment, and possess both software and hardware support experience.
The posts are full-time, 35 hours per week. During term time (End September – End May), four days are from 9am until 5pm and a late duty is required one day per week, working from 1pm until 9pm. This will involve supervisory duties and deployment in Library service areas.
