Kitchen Manager, Riverside Dundee (live in available)

The fifth of the EatingInn concepts to open, the Riverside Inn is located adjacent to Dundee Airport and is only 5 minutes from the A90, Dundee Technology Park and Ninewells Hospital. The restaurant averages 2200 covers per week  and benefits from a large car park and has a spacious beer garden overlooking the River Tay.

Ideally candidates will be able to demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills, a proven track record for high quality food provision, a comprehensive knowledge of kitchen stock management and experience of delivering on the job training. Additionally you will possess current food hygiene certificates.
